Keeper signing solves selection worry

Plymouth have solved their goalkeeping crisis by signing Leicester keeper Rab Douglas on loan. Pilgrims boss Paul Sturrock moved for Douglas after losing Luke McCormick to suspension and Romain Larrieu to injury for this weekend's clash with Bristol City. Douglas, who had a loan spell at Wycombe earlier in the season, will go straight into the Plymouth squad for the clash with table-toppers Bristol City and Sturrock was thankful to Leicester for allowing him to sign the former Celtic custodian. "We are grateful to Leicester for their co-operation," Sturrock told the club's official website. "I needed an experienced 'keeper and Rab fits the bill. He is a Scottish international and is happy to help us out for this one game."
