Defender makes move following limited chances with Royals
Sheffield United have signed Reading defender John Halls on a month's loan.
The 26-year-old has found first-team opportunities limited with the Premier League side and has already had loan spells at Preston and Crystal Palace this season.
The Blades have been short of a right-back since Leigh Bromby joined Watford in January and Halls becomes boss Kevin Blackwell's first signing since he took charge at Bramall Lane last month.
"Because of our problems with injuries, I am delighted at bringing John to the club," Blackwell told the club's
official website.
"Hopefully he'll have a good stay and be able to put himself in the shop window as he is out of contract at the end of the season."
