Ballack and Lehmann also included in squad to face Switzerland

Robert Huth has been recalled to the Germany squad for the friendly international against Switzerland in Basel on Wednesday. The Middlesbrough defender, who has 17 caps to his name, last represented his country against Ecuador in June 2006. But after some impressive Premier League displays for Boro, Germany boss Joachim Low has included the 23-year-old in his 21-man squad. "Robert has been playing in the Premier League again after some long-term injury problems and has impressed me with his usual strength," Low said. "Therefore, he has earned another chance." Chelsea's Michael Ballack has also been included in the squad, while Jens Lehmann has been selected despite only managing four league starts for Arsenal this season. The friendly is part of Germany's preparation for this summer's Euro 2008 finals, where they have been drawn in Group B alongside Austria, Croatia and Poland.
