Gillingham will be looking for their second win on the spin when they travel to basement boys Port Vale
Penalty hero Stillie to stay in goal for Gills
Gillingham will again be without goalkeeper Simon Royce for the trip to Port Vale.
Royce has failed to recover from an ankle injury so Derek Stillie will continue in nets, fresh from his heroic penalty save in Saturday's vital 2-1 win over Bournemouth.
Danny Cullip will not travel as manager Mark Stimson does not want him to play two games in three days so soon after returning from a hamstring injury. Adam Bygrave looks set to take Cullip's place at the heart of the defence.
Midfielder Kevin Maher misses out as he serves the second game of a three-match ban following his red card against Crewe recently while Adam Miller has a hernia problem, but is set to play through the pain barrier.
Port Vale team news
Port Vale manager Lee Sinnott could welcome Adam Eckersley back into his squad.
The defender lasted 72 minutes on his comeback from an ankle problem for the reserves in their game against Wolves last week and may come into contention.
Sinnott has no new injury or suspension worries to contend with and will otherwise select from the same squad which lost 2-0 at Tranmere.
Kyle Perry and Danny Glover both made substitute appearances against Rovers and will hope to have done enough to force their way into Sinnott's starting XI.
Shane Tudor is ruled out for the remainder of the season with a knee injury, while Colin Miles (medial ligament injury) is also sidelined.
The game is also expected to come too soon for Keith Lowe, who is nursing a badly bruised knee bone.
