Striker urges fans to be more positive

Andy Keogh has criticised the Wolves fans who called for him to be substituted in the 3-3 draw with Queens Park Rangers. A section of the Molineux crowd chanted for the 21-year-old striker to be hauled off after missing an early chance. Keogh responded by scoring twice in the six-goal thriller, and he has now insisted that his detractors will not affect his performances. The youngster does nevertheless wish that some supporters would be more positive to aid Wolves' push for a play-off spot. "Any stick I get doesn't bother me in the slightest, and if it happens I will just play for myself and the team," Keogh told the club's official website. "You don't need any negativity, none of the players do, but the lads in the squad are strong enough to block it out. "We need the crowd to be more positive because there are certain sections of it that like to be negative."
