No leg fracture for striker
Yeovil have been given a lift with the news that Lloyd Owusu's leg injury is not as serious as initially feared.
The striker was stretchered off towards the end of the 3-0 home defeat to Crewe on Saturday, leaving Yeovil to play out the closing minutes with just ten men.
It was thought that he might have suffered a fracture but tests have shown there to be no breaks.
Owusu must now wait for the swelling to die down to see the full extent of the injury, and he is not sure when he might return to action.
"I had X-rays and scans last night and there is no break, which is good news," Owusu told the club's
official website.
"I shall now have to wait for the swelling to go down and see just how bad the bruising is.
"I haven't set a date as to when I'll be back but I'll be in with Jim Joyce tomorrow for further treatment and we will have to wait for that."
