Midfielder rallies side ahead of Eastlands trip
Fulham star Simon Davies has urged his team-mates to keep their survival hopes alive with a win at Manchester City this weeeknd.
The Cottagers are five points adrift of safety after last weekend's 2-0 defeat to Liverpool.
Davies admits this weekend's trip to Eastlands is a must-win game for Fulham if they want to have any chance of staying up.
"It's going to be tough but the lads are looking forward to it," Davies told the club's
official website.
Last chance saloon
"It's the last chance saloon. The way it's looking, we've got to rely on other teams but it's never easy at this stage of the season.
"Anyone can beat anyone on their day in this league. We're fighting for our lives so if we go into the Man City game really pushing it, we could certainly catch them on an off day and beat them.
"It's definitely possible and if we are to have any chance of staying up - we have to come away with the three points."
