Vieira returns

Thierry Henry and Franck Ribery were forced out of France's training session on Thursday. The duo pulled out after an hour, although officials insisted it was only a 'precautionary' measure. Ribery seemed to take a knock on the right ankle he hurt in their friendly win over Colombia on Tuesday, whilst Henry, who has a sciatic nerve problem, left to undergo treatment - but neither player was in pain. Both are expected to feature against Romania in their opening match on Monday. One plus point for France was that captain Patrick Vieira took a full part in training following his thigh problem but he will still not feature against the Romanians.
