Orient keeper signs on
Leyton Orient goalkeeper Glenn Morris is determined to make the number one jersey his own after signing a new two-year contract at Brisbane Road.
The 24-year-old youth-team product has waited a long time for his chance in the first team, but he impressed after taking over from Stuart Nelson towards the end of last season.
With Nelson having since been released, Morris will start the new campaign as Martin Ling's first choice.
"It's nice to get my future sorted out," he told the Orient's official website.
"I want to make the number one position my own. I've been patient over the last three seasons and I think I've shown loyalty to the club by staying here over that period.
"I'm delighted I have been given the chance to show what I can do by the manager, and hopefully I can go on and have a good season."
