Holland striker Ruud van Nistelrooy feels the current Dutch crop is the best in a decade.
Van Nistelrooy and his team-mates have impressed at Euro 2008 and have booked a route out of this year's 'Group of Death' with a game to spare following convincing victories over Italy and France.
And ahead of Holland's final Group C game against Romania on Tuesday, Van Nistelrooy has hailed the present Dutch performers as the best in 10 years.
"The moment we are in is the best moment I have had in 10 years with the team since I started in 1998," said Van Nistelrooy.
Momentum
"In 1998 it was also a good group but with different players. There have been some exceptional players in the squads I have been in, but right now I am really enjoying the way we are playing.
"We want to continue to play like we did in the first two games, we don't want to lose that momentum."
Holland coach Marco van Basten has also admitted his delight at his side's style of play, but he is still looking for improvements.
"The mood in the squad is very good, very positive," added Van Basten. "But there is plenty we still have to improve on."
