Hull poised to seal swoop for Rams striker
Hull City are closing in on the permanent signing of Craig Fagan after agreeing a £750,000 fee with Derby for his services.
The former Tigers striker finished the end of last season back at the KC Stadium after re-joining the club on loan.
The fee Hull have agreed is the same price the Rams paid to sign the 26-year-old from the East Yorkshire club in January 2007.
Tigers boss Phil Brown believes the striker is a useful signing ahead of their debut Premier League season.
"We've agreed a permanent deal for him now and he brings valuable Premier League experience to our squad," he told the
Derby Evening Telegraph.
