Promising winger to shun Swans for Forest

Nottingham Forest look to have beaten Swansea City to the capture of Liverpool youngster Paul Anderson on a season-long loan deal. The 19-year-old had looked like returning to the Liberty Stadium for a second season after Swans boss Roberto Martinez confirmed his desire to re-sign the winger. However, Anderson has now agreed to join the City Ground outfit and the youngster is excited at the prospect of helping Forest impress in their first season back in the Championship.

Right move

"I enjoyed last season at Swansea but after speaking to Forest I just felt that it was the right move for me," he told the club's official website. "I'm joining a big club in Forest and I am very excited about the challenge of trying to help them make an impact in the Championship. "I realise I will face a battle to get into the team because there are some very good players here but I have confidence in my ability to do that."
