New Chelsea boss appoints goalkeeping coach

Luiz Felipe Scolari has stepped up his preparations ahead of taking over at Chelsea by appointing former colleague Carlos Pracidelli as the club's new goalkeeping coach. Ex-Portugal boss Scolari is to become Chelsea chief on Tuesday and he has already started to mould his backroom staff. Scolari has decided to bring Flavio Teixeira and Darlan Schneider - Portugal's assistant and fitness coach, respectively - to West London. And Pracidelli - who worked with Scolari at Palmeiras and with Brazil - has now confirmed he has been handed a role at Stamford Bridge. "I immediately accepted because I know how he (Scolari) works," said Pracidelli. "My club Palmeiras know this is a rare opportunity and are releasing me without any resentment."
