Jans Reker is happy that PSV have got a fair deal in the transfer of Heurelho Gomes to Tottenham.
Dutch champions receive fair amount for goalkeeper
PSV Eindhoven director Jans Reker has insisted he is happy with the fee agreed for the sale of Heurelho Gomes to Tottenham.
The two clubs settled on an undisclosed amount on Friday and the Brazilian goalkeeper is now awaiting a work permit before completing his move to White Hart Lane.
Reports had suggested that PSV would only receive 9million euros (£7million) for Gomes but Reker has rejected the claims.
Reker has declined to give the precise figure, although Gomes had a release clause in his contract set at 14million euros (£11million).
"Gomes is going to Tottenham for a justifiable number of euros," he told Dutch newspaper
Eindhovens Dagblad.
"I will make no more statements about this transfer. That is what we agreed with Spurs.
"We are satisfied. We get what we are entitled to."
Gomes has been involved in a long dispute with the Dutch champions over the running of the club but Reker maintains that he will still get the chance to say a proper goodbye.
He said: "Nothing stands in the way of such a farewell."
