Midfielder pens two-year deal
Bradford have secured former Tranmere midfielder Paul McLaren on a two-year contract.
McLaren was released at the end of last season after two years at Prenton Park but Stuart McCall has moved quickly to bring him in.
The 31-year-old, who made 43 appearances in League One last term, joins just a day after defender Graeme Lee put pen-to-paper.
McCall had been interested in signing Darren Moore from Derby following their relegation from the Premier League.
However, Moore is still undecided on his future and McCall is happy with Lee.
"To be fair, we had to move on and he (Moore) respected that," McCall told the club's
official website.
"We put a deadline on Daz, and Graeme knew that, but we couldn't afford to mess about."
