Striker joins former team-mates at Darlington
Adam Proudlock has joined former Stockport County team-mates Adam Griffin and David Poole at Darlington.
Griffin and Poole signed for the Quakers earlier this week, and Proudlock has also now agreed a deal with the League Two club.
The striker was released by Stockport at the end of last season after scoring 10 goals in 38 games during the club's successful promotion push.
Darlington boss Dave Penney is confident that Proudlock will prove to be a valuable recruit during the coming campaign.
"Adam will be a great addition to the squad," Penney told the club's
official website. "He is a goalscorer who has played at a higher level during his career.
"A lot of hard work is going on behind the scenes to make sure that we have a good squad in place.
"We may not have the biggest squad in the League, but I believe we have brought in quality players who can do a good job for this club."
