Fulham are leading the race to land Rosenborg full-back Fredrik Stoor, according to the player's agent.
The Cottagers have started negotiations with the Norwegian side and hope to land the 24-year-old Sweden international in the next couple of weeks.
However, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City and Wigan Athletic are all reported to be monitoring the situation, while clubs in France and Germany are believed to be showing interest in the right-back.

"The processs has started and it feels like Fulham are really interested," agent Per Jonsson told
Sportbladet.
"They like him very much and have been watching him since before the European Championship.
"In a perfect world, it will be done in a few weeks' time."
