Skysports.com understands Liverpool starlet Robbie Threlfall has agreed a six-month loan deal to return to Hereford. Hereford made their move to sign the highly-rated full-back after Liverpool decided to send him out on loan so that he can gain more first-team experience. The League One new boys beat off interest from a number of League One and Two clubs to land Threlfall. Threlfall, who is highly-regarded within the corridors of Anfield, has opted to move to Edgar Street after enjoying his loan spell at the club last season. The 19-year-old impressed at Hereford last term and Bulls boss Graham Turner has been keeping tabs on his progress. Threlfall's agent and brother, David Threlfall, from the Optimum Sports Group, confirmed the Liverpool youngster was excited at the prospect of going on loan to Hereford.

"Robbie has decided to take the opportunity to go out on loan at this stage of the season so that he can get a good number of pre-season games under his belt as he hopes to hit the ground running come the start of the season," Threfall told skysports.com. "Robbie enjoyed his time at Hereford last year which was unfortunately cut short due to injury and he is looking forward to working under Graham Turner again and playing in League One."
