Moxey denies contract rumours
Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has dismissed claims that the club have offered a big-money contract to Bobo Balde.
The Celtic defender has been linked with a host of clubs this summer, with Sunderland and Birmingham also believed to be in the hunt for his signature.
Reports had suggested that the Guinea international had rejected a £27,500 per week contract to move to Molineux, but Moxey strenuously denies that is the case.
"It's a complete non-starter," he told the club's
official website.
"We have had no contact with Celtic on this issue whatsoever.
"It's completely out of our wage structure. What we want to try to communicate is that we just do not do this sort of wage - we don't pay that sort of money to anyone."
