Winger hoping to impress at Stamford Bridge
Fabio Paim has described a loan move to Chelsea as the 'opportunity of a lifetime'.
Sporting Lisbon winger Paim has agreed a season-long loan deal with the option of a permanent move at Stamford Bridge.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Pacos da Ferreira and Sporting have again allowed to let him leave on a temporary basis.
Paim is now hoping to impress Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari and he feels he has the ability to be a success in the Premier League.
"I am very proud," Paim told
Abola.
"I worked hard and now the opportunity has arrived to go to Chelsea. I am very happy and want to achieve my aim of becoming a great footballer.
"I feel that I have the necessary qualities. I know I have to work. This is the opportunity of a lifetime."
