Striker passes medical to complete move from Chelsea
Andriy Shevchenko has passed a medical and completed his move from Chelsea to AC Milan.
Milan had regularly voiced their interest in bringing the striker back to the San Siro following his £30million switch to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2006.
Chelsea announced at the weekend that an agreement had been struck between the two clubs and Milan confirmed the Ukraine international would undergo a medical on Monday.
Shevchenko has now sealed his return to the Italian giants, and will be keen to recapture the form he demonstrated during his successful seven-year spell at the club before joining the Blues.
The 31-year-old endured a difficult two years at Chelsea, scoring just nine goals in 47 Premier League appearances.
