New two-year Terrors deal for winger
Dundee United winger Craig Conway has signed a new deal at Tannadice.
The former Ayr United man has put pen to paper on a two-year extension to his current contract that will now keep him on Tayside until 2011.
Conway has seen his stay at United blighted by a series of injuries, but boss Craig Levein believes the player has a big future ahead of him.
Asset
"I consider a fit Craig Conway to be a real asset to the team and he has an important role to play in the side," Levein told the club's
official website.
"He adds width and pace to either flank and has a good delivery, both from open play and from dead ball situations.
"Although Craig is still a little short of match fitness, his brief appearances in the last few games have shown that he can be effective for us and very influential in the way that we play."
