Midfielder out for three weeks
Real Madrid midfielder Guti looks set to be sidelined for at least three weeks due to a leg injury.
The 31-year-old was replaced by Rafael van der Vaart just before half-time in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Racing Santander.
Scans have shown that there is some muscular damage and Guti is not now likely to return to action until the middle of October.
He is therefore expected to miss the Primera Liga games against Sporting Gijon, Real Betis and Espanyol.
Real Madrid boss Bernd Schuster will also be without Guti for Real's UEFA Champions League game against Zenit St Petersburg next Tuesday.
