Dickinson happy to stay with the Terriers

On-loan Huddersfield Town striker Liam Dickinson says the best is yet to come after agreeing to extend his loan deal from Derby second month. Dickinson has not played for the Rams since his £750,000 summer signing from Stockport but has scored twice in five games for Huddersfield. "There's still more to come from me," said the 22-year-old in the Derby Evening Telegraph. "I was short of games when I first arrived here but I feel 100 per cent match-fit now. I thought we put in a decent team performance against Northampton on Saturday but I still think there is more to come from us all." Dickinson was happy to extend his stay at the Galpharm Stadium after failing to break into the first-team picture at Derby. "I talked to Paul Jewell about extending my loan and, given that I wouldn't be getting into the Derby County side at the moment, he said the decision was down to me. "I'm enjoying my time at the club and I'm playing regularly so I'm happy to stay."
