Borussia Dortmund midfielder Tinga will pen a new contract extension at the Signal-Iduna-Park.
BVB sport director Michael Zorc confirmed the deal on Wednesday ahead of his club's Uefa Cup second-leg game with Udinese.
Tinga joined Dortmund from Internacional in the summer of 2006 and has made a total of 67 Bundesliga appearances for the Schwarz-Gelben.
"We have more or less reached an agreement that he will be staying until 2010," Zorc told the German press.
