Germany coach will not call upon striker in the future
Germany head coach Joachim Low has revealed he will not call upon striker Kevin Kuranyi again in the future.
Kuranyi was not named in the starting XI for Germany's 2-1 victory over Russia in Saturday's World Cup qualifier.
The Schalke forward was reportedly displeased with the decision and, after a confrontation with Low, was forced to watch the game from the stands.
It is claimed he then left the match at half-time - an act which has been met by disappointment and anger by manager Low.
"I cannot accept Kevin's reaction and I will not call him to the national team in the future," Low said.
"We are all stunned, it was a surprise to all of us."
