Young midfielder inks new terms at KC Stadium
Skysports.com understands Hull City midfielder Nathan Doyle has signed a new contract that binds him to the KC Stadium until 2011.
Doyle was Phil Brown's first signing as Tigers boss when he joined the club for a nominal fee from Derby County in January 2007.
Although Doyle has yet to establish himself in Brown's first team, he has already assured himself a place in the club's folklore, after he scored the winning goal in last season's play-off semi-final defeat of Watford.
Doyle's goal secured Hull a first ever trip to Wembley, where they went on to beat Bristol City to claim a debut top flight appearance.
Capped at all levels for England up to U20 level, Doyle is well thought of at Hull and the club's faith in his ability has manifested itself via a new deal.
