Injury means Man City shot-stopper will miss England freindly
Man City's Joe Hart has been ruled out for up to a month with an ankle injury and will now miss England's friendly with Germany.
Hart was injured during City's 2-2 draw at Hull City on Sunday and was forced off after just 15 minutes after colliding with Daniel Cousin.
Kasper Schmeichel came on to repalce him and now the young Dane could have an extended run in the first-team after City boss Mark Hughes confirmed the blow.
"He'll have to be seen by our medical people when he gets back but he's likely to be out for a minimum of three to four weeks," said Hughes.
"He's obviously out of the England squad, which is a blow to him, but most importantly it's a blow to us because we have some key games coming up.
"He's gone over on his ankle initially trying to stop the goal and the lad(Cousin) has actually fallen on his leg as he went over on his ankle.
"It's compromised him greatly, and it will definitely be three or four weeks I think."
As well as missing the next month of action with City, Hart is also out of the England squad to face Germany next week.
The Football Association have confirmed a replacement will be named in 'due course'.
