Bournemouth hold Grimsby 3-3 in thriller

Bournemouth rescued a draw as they came from behind to hold Grimsby 3-3 in a thrilling match at Blundell Park. Lee Bradbury capitalised on a defensive mistake to fire Bournemouth ahead after six minutes but Jamie Clarke smashed a shot through a crowded penalty area to equalise three minutes before half-time. Ryan Bennett then headed home two minutes later for the Mariners and Robert Atkinson made it 3-1 just after the hour mark. Former England midfielder Darren Anderton reduced Bournemouth's arrears with a close-range finish 11 minutes from time, but the Cherries then had a man sent off in the 83rd minute when Scott Guyett was dismissed for a second bookable offence. Bournemouth were not to be denied though and Bradbury grabbed his second of the night with just one minute remaining to snatch a crucial point.
