Colchester United have signed former Leeds United defender Alan Maybury.
The 30-year-old arrives on a free transfer after leaving Leicester last summer.
Maybury linked up with Colchester on trial earlier this month and the full-back has impressed during his time at the League One club.
The Republic of Ireland international has agreed a deal until the end of the season with Paul Lambert's men.
Maybury could make his debut against former club Leeds this weekend at Elland Road.
