Bundesliga strugglers Energie Cottbus have signed Brazilian striker Adi from Austria Karnten.
The 23-year-old, who bagged 10 goals in 16 league appearances this season, will join Cottbus in January after agreeing a deal through to 2012.
"Playing in the Bundesliga means a dream coming true for me," Adi told Energie's
official website.
"I am really looking forward to the challenge."
Cottbus management hope that the Brazilian's arrival will boost a strike force that has only managed 12 goals in 17 Bundesliga games so far this season.
"Adi is still a developing player and his youth means that there is still plenty of potential left in him. We are looking forward to working with a young, hungry striker," Cottbus general manager Steffen Heidrich commented.
