Roda JC Kerkrade moved out of the relegation zone with a 3-1 victory over Heracles Almelo.
Eric Addo opened the scoring for Roda in the 26th minute and Andres Oper made it 2-0 five minutes into the second half.
Sekou Cisse added a third three minutes later and Heracles never threatened a comeback.
Vostech Schulmeister pulled one goal back in the 89th minute but it was a case of too little too late for Heracles.
The result lifted Roda from 17th place to 15th, while Heracles remain 11th ahead of the rest of the weekend's action.
