Holders Rangers have to overcome Forfar to confirm their place in the last eight, but if they do a home-tie with SPL outfit Hamilton will be waiting.
Celtic are already through and they face an away clash, against either Motherwell or St Mirren.
Elsewhere, there is an all SPL clash in the Highlands, as Inverness take on Falkirk.
The final tie will see Airdrie or Dunfermline host Aberdeen or East Fife.
