Guinea international joins until the end of the season
St Mirren have won the race to sign Mo Camara following his release by Derby.
The 33-year-old Guinea international had his contract terminated at Pride Park by mutual consent earlier this month.
Leeds then announced that they had taken the full-back on trial, along with former Sheffield United winger Keith Gillespie.
However, St Mirren have now snapped up Camara on a deal until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
St Mirren, currently 10th in the SPL, have the option to extend his contract by another year.
