Blackpool have signed winger Wade Small on loan from Sheffield Wednesday.
The 25-year-old joins the Seasiders on a one-month loan deal and has been included in Tony Parkes' squad for the trip to Barnsley.
Blackpool have suffered various injury problems over the course of the season, and Small's arrival will add some welcome competition as the club look to steer clear of the relegation places.
The former MK Dons man had made just a handful of starts for Wednesday this term and so has been allowed to make the trip west in the hope of securing some regular action.
With Small out of contract in the summer, the diminutive midfielder may well be looking to put himself in the shop window with an impressive spell at Bloomfield Road.
