Experienced striker expected to leave Inter in the summer
Hernan Crespo's agent believes his client would welcome the opportunity to rejoin Lazio this summer.
The Argentinean striker is currently on the books of Inter Milan, but has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho.
With opportunities at Giuseppe Meazza proving hard to come by, the 33-year-old is expected to be on the move at the end of the season.
It is understood that the vastly-experienced frontman would prefer to remain in Serie A, with a return to Lazio a distinct possibility.
Crespo enjoyed two productive years with the Rome-based club between 2000 and 2002, before moving to Inter for the first time in a big-money deal.
"When he played at Lazio Hernan enjoyed a successful spell, so if that opportunity arises again he would be happy to return because he has never forgotten about Lazio," said Crespo's representative Fernando Hidalgo.
"I want to make it clear for now though that I haven't been in touch with Lazio.
"His future will be decided in the next few weeks and the Italian teams will be given priority."
