Brentford

Sky Sports is launching a survey to find the best player ever to wear a Brentford shirt - and we would like you to get involved. We are asking fans of each of the 92 English League teams and 12 Scottish Premier League sides to nominate their all-time favourite footballers. Senegalese defender Ibrahima Sonko made his name at Brentford before joining Reading, but the centre-half dominated in his two years at Griffin Park. Left-winger Stephen Hunt started out with the Bees where he was showing his terrier-like nature years before his move to Reading. Did Hunt's attitude win you over? Ken Coote made 559 appearances for Brentford, the only team he ever played for. Does this dedication get your vote? Jim Towers spent seven years with Brentford, scoring 153 goals - the most ever by a Bees player. Do these goals help him to get your vote? Lloyd Owusu scored some vital goals in his Bees spell, 63 in total - did the Ghanaian bring some African flair to Griffin Park to make him a favourite? But remember, if you disagree with our choices, or we've missed someone off, then vote for them below! To make your selection please complete the form below and tell us why you are putting your chosen nominee forward. Once we have received all your nominations, we will narrow down the selections for each side to the leading 10 candidates. You can then vote for your personal favourite. After all votes are cast we will reveal the winners ahead of the 2009/10 season and crown Brentford's greatest-ever player!
