MK Dons/Wimbledon

Sky Sports is launching a survey to find the best player ever to wear a MK Dons/Wimbledon shirt - and we would like you to get involved. We are asking fans of each of the 92 English League teams and 12 Scottish Premier League sides to nominate their all-time favourite footballers. Izale McLeod is the MK Dons' all-time leading scorer with 60 goals in 132 games. His prolific strike rate got the Dons out of League Two and helped start their career off. Are Dons fans eternally grateful for this? Jamaican duo Marcus Gayle and Robbie Earle both spent a considerable amount of time at Wimbledon during their Premier League days. Alongside the likes of Efan Ekoku and John Fashanu, who became the club's first ever England international, do any of these four get your vote? Wimbledon's greatest success was their 1988 FA Cup final win over Liverpool. Many people made their names for that Wimbledon team including scorer Lawrie Sanchez. Dave Beasant famously saved a John Aldridge penalty in the final. He was later replaced by Hans Segers who made 262 appearances for the Dons. Vinnie Jones' tenacious style was loved by Dons and hated by others as was Dennis Wise. Do any of these get your vote? But remember, if you disagree with our choices, or we've missed someone off, then vote for them below! To make your selection please complete the form below and tell us why you are putting your chosen nominee forward. Once we have received all your nominations, we will narrow down the selections for each side to the leading 10 candidates. You can then vote for your personal favourite. After all votes are cast we will reveal the winners ahead of the 2009/10 season and crown MK Dons/Wimbledon's greatest-ever player!
