Peterborough United have completed the permanent signing of Lee Frecklington for an undisclosed fee from League Two Lincoln City.
The highly-rated midfielder spent time on loan at London Road at the end of last season and did enough to earn a transfer.
Posh boss Darren Ferguson has handed him a three-year contract with the newly promoted Championship side.
"Lee was unlucky with injury when he joined us on loan but you could see from his performances when he did play that he is a good player," said Ferguson.
"I am pleased everything is wrapped up and he is a good addition to the squad."
