Brazilian grateful to Rossoneri for their role in his development
Kaka has re-iterated his love for AC Milan as he looks forward to the future with Real Madrid.
The Brazilian says he will always be grateful to the Rossoneri for their role in his development into the player he is today.
But he had to accept the £56million switch to the Spanish giants because of Milan's financial situation.
Speaking from Brazil's Confederations Cup camp in South Africa, he told South American media: "I am very grateful to Milan. If today I am a world-class player, then I owe it to the Rossoneri and the Selecao.
"I am truly sorry about what happened with Milan, but now I must get used to the fact my future will be in the Merengues line-up and my professional rapport with the Rossoneri has ended.
"I hope Milan can do many great things with their new coach Leonardo and I wish him all the best.
"I will always love the Rossoneri colours."
