Keeper does not know where he will be next season
Tomas Cerny insists he is in the dark over his future at Hamilton.
The Czech goalkeeper impressed during a loan spell with Hamilton and he has already agreed a deal to return to New Douglas Park.
But the 24-year-old insists he does not know what is happening, with his club Sigma Olomouc claiming Hamilton are yet to pay them around £200,000.
"I am an Olomouc player but have been at Hamilton on loan," he told
Denzik Sport.
"Recently I penned a new contract with Hamilton and was assured that the club would do their best to use the option to make my move to Hamilton permanent so that I could stay in Scotland.
"It is very unpleasant because I have no idea what is going to happen with me. Hamilton want me.
"The problem also is that, at the time of my signing the new contract, we agreed with the management that there would be no news released to the media.
"However, afterwards there were rumours coming up about how Celtic or Rangers were willing to buy me. And there was so much gossip that the Hamilton boss decided to end that with an official statement, that I signed a new contract. The speculation disappeared then but this new problem appeared instead.
"As long as the problem between Hamilton and Olomouc is not resolved, there is no sense in speaking about anything else.
"As for the Glasgow giants, a lot has been written about their interest in me, but just in the press.
"Officially, no one has contacted me. It is true that I have a good reputation in Scotland, so some other club might be willing to pay a transfer fee for me, but you know - I am currently having a contract with both Hamilton and Sigma."
Hamilton boss Billy Reid admits the whole situation surrounding Cerny is complicated.
"I hope Tomas Cerny will be a Hamilton Accies player next season. As far as we're concerned, he has signed a contract with us," he told the
Hamilton Advertiser.
"The situation is quite difficult at the moment but I can't control that. We're desperate to have Tomas back here and for the next couple of years.
"We realise that it might be difficult to hold on to him if he does return, but that puts him in a bracket with a number of other players at the club who can move on to bigger and better things."
