William Gallas is looking forward to next season at Arsenal amid reports he could join Inter Milan.
French defender said to be a target of former manager
William Gallas has told
skysports.com he is looking forward to next season at Arsenal amid reports he could join Inter Milan.
The French defender has endured a difficult time at the Gunners since signing from Chelsea in 2006.
Last season Gallas had the captain's armband taken off him, leading to reports that a summer exit could be in the offing.
Inter, where former Blues boss Jose Mourinho currently manages, are said to be interested in the centre-back.
Of the speculation, Gallas told
skysports.com: "I am at Arsenal, my contract is still valid for a year, so I am an Arsenal player.
"We have not talked about renewing the contract, but I am relaxed and looking forward to next season with Arsenal."
Meanwhile, reports suggest Mikael Silvestre, who signed at Arsenal from Manchester United last summer, could be a target of Bordeaux.
