Full-back confident he is at the right club
Macclesfield Town full-back Izak Reid has pledged his future to the club by signing a new two-year contract.
Reid was out of contract at Moss Rose and had been talking to other clubs regarding the possibility of a deal.
However, the pacey defender believes his career will be best served by extending his stay with Keith Alexander's side.
"I know it's quite late for me to be signing up and it's fair to say that I have been keeping my options open a bit," Reid told the club's
official website.
"I think you have to look around to see what opportunities are out there.
"I spoke to a few clubs, and had some exciting opportunities and I had an opportunity to go abroad, but nothing was concrete and I decided that my future lay here."
