Helps Monaco to Champions League final, where the principality club lose to Porto. 2004-05: Finishes season with nine goals. 2005: August - Linked with a move to West Ham, but a deadline-day deal falls through. October - Scores against Congo as Togo complete their qualification for the 2006 World Cup. Finishes as leading scoring in the African zone with 11 goals. 2006: January 13 - Signs for Arsenal for reported £3million. January - Involved in row with Togo coach before opening African Nations Cup match in Egypt. Threatens to quit tournament but eventually stays on for remainder of unsuccessful campaign. February 4 - Scores on Premier League debut in 2-0 win at Birmingham.
