AC Milan have reportedly held talks with Juventus in regards to out of favour striker David Trezeguet. The France international is widely tipped to be on the move this summer, with a host of clubs believed to be tracking his availability. Having fallen down the pecking order at Juve, the Turin giants have previously admitted that the 31-year-old could be allowed to leave. It remains to be seen whether they would be prepared to sanction a switch to one of their Serie A title rivals, but talks with Milan are said to have already begun. Rossoneri boss Leonardo claims to have no knowledge of how those discussions are progressing, but has revealed that he would welcome Trezeguet's services. "I don't know at what point talks are at but Trezeguet is definitely an extraordinary player," Leonardo told Sky Italia. Milan have made the acquisition of a new striker their main priority this summer, having reluctantly sold Brazilian playmaker Kaka to Real Madrid. They have had little luck in their endeavours so far, though, with a move for Wolfsburg frontman Edin Dzeko breaking down and an approach for Sevilla's Luis Fabiano seemingly stalled.
