Rangers star Madjid Bougherra is looking to continue his excellent record against Celtic on Sunday.
The two rivals clash at Ibrox on Sunday in the first Old Firm derby of the new season.
Bougherra has yet to finish on the losing side against Celtic since moving to Glasgow.
Rangers lost two derbies in his absence last season but took seven points from nine in the three matches he did play against their arch rivals.
"So far I have been fortunate as I have only had positive results against Celtic - perhaps I bring a bit of luck to the team!" he told the club's
official website.
"But, seriously, I think in the Old Firm games I have played, the team has done well and it's not about one individual.
"All 11 players have to perform very well, it's a team effort, and that will be the same this season."
Bougherra revealed his admiration for Celtic boss Tony Mowbray - who he nearly signed for at West Brom, before his move to Rangers.
"I was close to signing for Tony Mowbray at West Brom and now he is at Celtic so it is strange how things sometimes happen in football," Bougherra said.
"He is a good manager and a nice person.
"I remember speaking to him and I was impressed with what he had to say and his attitude towards the game.
"He liked to play good football at West Brom and has a good reputation.
"I have not seen much of Celtic this season but he has brought in new players and I am sure they will still be trying to impress him and the fans.
"They will be determined to play well this weekend but it is up to us to make it very difficult for them.
"It is our home match and we have to be confident that we can win this game. I am sure we can."
