Vice president rubbishes sale talk
AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani insists owner Silvio Berlusconi is not looking to sell the club.
Rumours are mounting that the Prime Minister of Italy could be looking to offload Milan after comments he made earlier in the week.
Berlusconi had said he would consider selling the club only if someone in a stronger position came in with a solid offer.
Galliani, though, has played down such suggestions, claiming Milan are not for sale.
"He had said that should someone stronger than him come into the picture that he would sell Milan," Galliani told
Rai TV.
"But there is no one stronger than him, so Berlusconi will never sell Milan."
The Rossoneri have, in the past, been linked with a number of foreign entrepreneurs but the club have always denied talk of a possible sale.
