Rotherham v Derby preview
Friday 14 September 2018 12:05, UK
Rotherham will be without defender Sean Raggett for the visit of Derby.
Raggett had an operation to repair an ankle injury on Monday and might not be back much before Christmas. Boss Paul Warne will hope that Semi Ajayi (Nigeria), Marek Rodak (Slovakia Under-21s) and Ryan Manning (Republic of Ireland Under-21s) all return from international duty unscathed.
Richie Towell will be hoping for his first start following his deadline-day move from Brighton, but Darren Potter (Achilles) is a long-term absentee.
Derby are still without Curtis Davies as he nurses a hamstring injury. George Evans is also out as he continues to recover from a knee problem, but the pair are not far away from fitness.
Harry Wilson and Joe Ledley are in contention having returned unscathed from international duty with Wales. Jayden Bogle has returned to training after an ankle injury but is unlikely to make the New York Stadium clash.
