Highlights from the Sky Bet League Two match between Salford and Exeter.

In-form Exeter made it three wins in as many League Two games after a 1-0 victory over Salford at the Peninsula Stadium.

Ryan Bowman's first-half goal proved to be enough for the Grecians, who stay second in the table.

Exeter, unbeaten in the league since the beginning of November, made the brighter start with Alex Fisher forcing Salford goalkeeper Chris Neal to make a point-blank save after the striker met Archie Collins' ball.

Jake Jervis went close for the Ammies before captain Liam Hogan headed over from six yards.

Exeter took a 33rd-minute lead when Bowman latched on to Pierce Sweeney's cross and headed the ball beyond Neal for his seventh goal of the season.

Salford, without a league win since November 2, should have equalised when Craig Conway launched the ball from the edge of the area, but Exeter goalkeeper Jonny Maxted made a superb fingertip save.

Maxted stepped up to the plate in the second half when he pushed Hogan's and Jervis' efforts over the bar as the visitors held on for the three points.
