N'Zogbia goal not enough for Latics
Wigan slumped to a 3-1 defeat to Real Zaragoza in their latest pre-season outing at the DW Stadium.
The visitors broke the deadlock on 34 minutes when Jorge Lopez converted from the penalty spot after Chris Kirkland brought down Marco Perez.
Wigan were gifted an equaliser right on the stroke of half-time when Carlos Diogo rolled a free-kick straight into the path of Ben Watson and he played in Charles N'Zogbia to round goalkeeper Leo Franco and tap into an empty net.
Zaragoza restored their lead 15 minutes from time when Braulio Nobrega fired home past Kirkland.
Gabriel Fernandez sealed the win for the Spaniards with a stunning 35-yard effort soon after.
